No doubt, climbing is hard on your body. There hardly seems a week that goes by where some other body part isn't complaining, right?

The good news is, strength training is part of the solution to that issue. The hard news is, it means taking time away from the wall in the short term in order to build life-long resilience to injury.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, strength and conditioning is my bread and butter. In order to reach your potential as an athlete and to stay healthy doing so, a tailored S&C program is the must have training intervention.
